How much do custom orders cost?

• Custom Upcycle pieces start at $350. Fully Custom pieces start at $400 and go higher depending on materials like exotic skins or designer fabrics.​

How does payment work?

• The custom order form has a $100 fee that counts toward your initial deposit. Once you submit, we confirm final pricing and you'll owe the remaining balance of your 50% deposit before production starts. The final 50% is due when you approve the finished product.

What materials work for upcycling?

• Vintage leather jackets, designer handbags, quality fabrics, denim, canvas — anything with structure. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll let you know if it works.

What if I don't have materials to upcycle?

• We can source them for you. Describe the aesthetic you want and we'll find the right pieces.

What leather options are available for Fully Custom?

• Full-grain leather, vegetable-tanned leather, canvas blends, and exotic skins (python, crocodile, etc.). Exotic materials increase the final price.

How long does it take?

• Approximately 3 weeks from order confirmation to shipping.

Will I see progress photos?

• Yes. We send updates at key milestones so you can see your piece being made.

What if I need it faster?

• Contact us — expedited orders may be possible depending on our schedule, with an additional fee

Can I make changes to my design?

• Minor changes (stitching color, hardware swap) can be made within the first week. Major changes may delay production and add cost.

What about refunds?

• There are no refunds. However, we work with you throughout the process to make sure the final product is exactly to your liking. If something isn't right, we'll remake it until you're happy.

Can I cancel my order?

• Cancel within 48 hours of submitting your form and you'll get a full refund. After that, the $100 form fee and any deposits are non-refundable.

What's a Custom Upcycle?

• You provide materials (vintage fabric, designer pieces, leather scraps) or we source them for you. We transform them into a new bag. Starting at $350.

What's Fully Custom?

• We design and build your bag from scratch using premium materials you choose. Starting at $400+ depending on materials.

Where do you ship?

• Anywhere in the US. International shipping available — contact us for rates.

How is my bag packaged?

• In branded WUHN tissue paper and packaging.
